Anchovies at Tantarantana

Anchoa, boquerón or bocarte (in Castellano, Euskera or Catala) is the little big fish of Iberic peninsula. The cured and vinegar-macerated preparations are traditional accompaniments for aperitifs and vermuts, especially whites. White anchovies are called “boquerones” in Castellano and are usually served as tapas.
