Tortilla de patatas con jamon iberico – at Parlament restaurant, Barcelona

The dimensions may vary from an individual tortilla to an average one of 30 cm diameter. One of the largest tortillas ever made had 5 meters in diameter. 12 chefs in the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz used about 1.6 tons of potatoes and 16,000 eggs to try to establish a record.
